Yoho Tenancy Passport — Digital Guarantor Service

These Terms govern your use of the Yoho Tenancy Passport — Digital Guarantor Service provided by Yoho Technologies Ltd.

By applying for and using the Yoho Tenancy Passport, you agree to these Terms in full.

Yoho Technologies Ltd acts as your Third-Party Guarantor and Escrow Administrator. Your Security Funds are held in a Yoho Segregated Client Account at a Tier 1 UK bank and released only on each Contractual Rent Date.
